GoHighLevel Automation System for a Personal Injury Law Firm

Client: Personal injury law firm running Facebook and Google ads in English and Spanish

A personal injury law firm's entire lead lifecycle runs on a connected system of native GoHighLevel workflows: qualification and tagging, source-specific intake, bilingual nurture and email tracking, A2P SMS compliance, and Meta ad-conversion integration. Every screenshot below is pulled directly from the firm's live GoHighLevel account.

The problem

The firm ran four separate ad landing pages (Facebook and Google, each in English and Spanish), and leads arrived faster than staff could handle them. Source attribution was lost in the shuffle: nobody could say which channel produced which signed case, so ad budget decisions were guesses. And once a lead did land in the CRM, there was no consistent system carrying it forward: qualification, follow-up, and compliance were manual and inconsistent across every source.

The system

Leads enter GoHighLevel from all four ad landing pages through a lightweight n8n-managed intake bridge: each source tagged via a URL parameter, upserted as a contact, and dropped into the first stage of the Free Consult Call pipeline. From that point on, everything is native GoHighLevel automation.

The core qualification workflow (shown below) branches across dozens of conditions (form source, case type, reply behavior) to tag, score, and route each lead correctly. It sits alongside dedicated intake workflows per source (homepage form, Facebook form, landing-page form), a passenger-claim variant for a common personal-injury case type, a calendar booking flow, an internal lead-replied notification, and a disqualification path for leads that don't fit the firm's case criteria.

Two more layers round out the system. Bilingual evergreen nurture sequences and email-tracking pipelines keep unconverted leads warm in English and Spanish, watching opens and replies to adjust follow-up automatically, backed by A2P-compliant SMS workflows (opt-in, opt-out, unsubscribe) for every text message sent. On the ad-platform side, a dedicated integration sends qualified-conversion events back to Meta's Conversion API (so Facebook's algorithm optimizes toward real leads instead of just clicks), supported by lead-protection workflows that screen out low-quality submissions before staff ever see them. A handful of smaller utility workflows fill in the rest: a GoHighLevel-to-n8n bridge that posts real-time alerts to Google Chat, call tracking from Google Ads, SMS-reply handling, and new-contact processing.

Results

  • Every lead lands in GoHighLevel tagged by exact ad source, so attribution survives from click to signed case
  • The qualification workflow shown below has enrolled 878 leads to date; source-specific intake workflows add hundreds more (112 for the original Personal Injury workflow, 85 from the homepage form, 80 from passenger-claim leads)
  • Bilingual evergreen nurture sequences have enrolled over 3,700 leads combined across English and Spanish variants, keeping unconverted leads warm long after the ad click
  • A2P SMS compliance workflows have processed over 3,100 opt-in/opt-out events combined, so every text message this firm sends stays compliant by default
  • Bilingual email-tracking pipelines have processed 500 contacts (426 English, 74 Spanish), feeding response-based follow-up without staff watching inboxes
  • Server-side Meta Conversion API integration has sent 76 qualified-conversion events back to Facebook, and lead-protection workflows have screened over 80 submissions for quality before they reach staff
  • New ad landing pages plug into the same intake path with one URL parameter; no new workflow needed
